"We had two of the Four Function Heat pumps installed in our home about a month ago and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are. Our home is about 1600 square feet on the first floor and 1350 on the second floor. The first floor is very open in concept and the second floor is made up of four rooms and a hallway.
While the brochures say that the space covered by a single heat pump is less than either of the numbers we find that each floors is kept warm using only the single heat pump. We set the down stairs heat pump to go off at mid-night and to come back on at 5:30am. We set the upstairs heat pump to come on at 9:00pm and to go off at 6:00am. During the day the heat from the heat pump on the first floor keeps the upstairs warm enough for our purposes. Our heating bill went down just over 31% during the first billing cycle which was 21 days. I expect it to be reduced even more over a full 30 day cycle. We have a gas furnace and water heater. We have the furnace set to come as supplemental heating if required. This has happened only twice and for less than a half hour each time.
The heat pumps have not only met but exceeded our expectations both in terms of performance and cost of operation. Everything promised was delivered or exceeded. Thank you for your assistance in determining how many heat pumps we needed and where they should be placed."

"A few weeks ago, we installed the first air-air heat pump (Four Function) in the US that delivers fresh air, heat, and air conditioning and cleans the air with only one inside unit and no outside unit. All that is needed is one inside unit and all that is necessary is a few holes in the wall. We do no not need any refrigerant technicians, which makes the installation much easier and cheaper.
The unit is a very elegant Italian design, has an acceptable noise level and is very advanced technically.
